Thank you for your interest in vending at Totally Rad Vintage Fest

This application is for vintage vendors that sell primarily masculine clothing. If you focus on another category of vintage, please go back to www.totallyradvf.com and select the form that best describes you. If you do not sell masculine clothing and apply with this form, team TRVF will contact you to discuss and process a refund to allow space for a masculine clothing vendor.

The event will take place Saturday, September 24rd at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs, IA. The venue will be open to vendors for load-in Friday, September 23rd. Vendor booth rental is $200 and includes
- A 12x12 booth inside the event to sell
- 6 complimentary GA tickets to the event
- 2 Vendor Badges for the event
- Access for 2 to the vendor event pre-party Friday, September 23rd
Double booths are available for purchase for $400. The space is 12x25 and includes 4 vendor badges
Additional vendor badges can be purchased after vendor submission for $50 each.

Payment and an Iowa Tax ID Number, or confirmation number from your Iowa Sales Tax Permit Application, are required at the time of vendor submission. Vendors are expected to bring all materials necessary to vend including but not limited to tables, chairs, tents, etc.
